In keeping with the Rules of the Greenock Morton Supporters' Society Ltd there will be nominations to the Board of the Society this year.

 As per the rules Roddy McDowell and Eddie McDowell will resign from the board and seek re-election. We would hope that other members of the Society would take this opportunity to nominate themselves and volunteer to assist us in taking our Trust forward.

There are nine positions on the board and in the event we have more nominations than positions available there will be an election to decide who will take up those available places.

If you feel that you could add value to the work we carry out by organising events, fund raising, assisting with administration, etc, then don't hesitate to put yourself forward. Training, provided by Supporters Direct  http://www.supporters-direct.org/home.asp?country=sco, is available for those who are elected to the board.

We have many challenges ahead and the more people we have to assist the better. We intend to continue to be one of the more progressive Supporters Trust in Scotland and we need your assistance and ideas to take us forward.
